EUCALYPTUS is great to help revive you. Inhale or diffuse – plus if you have muscular tiredness, you can put a few drops in your favorite oil or cream and massage to set yourself right. SAUGE SCLAIRE is also great for physical fatigue.
Mental Burnout?
BASIL is one of the essential oils that can help overcome burnout and bring some uplift! Use it in a diffuser but also consider a nice bath soak or massage! Use 5 drops in an oil or bath.
Fatigued?
I love to use FRANKINCENSE.
Mental fatigue?
ROSE GERANIUM, LAVANDE, CANNELLE, ROMARIN et PEPPERMINT all excel at uplifting your mental fatigue. Choose one and diffuse or inhale it! If you are going through a stretch of constant mental fatigue, make a body blend with 5 drops of each essential oil into an ounce of a carrier and apply morning and night.
